Enrique is an award-winning composer whose music has been featured in numerous film and video game projects both in the United States and abroad. His work is known for its expressive orchestral writing, emotional clarity, and cinematic scope, seamlessly bridging narrative storytelling with rich musical textures. As an orchestral composer for film and games, he has had several opportunities to record and conduct his music with renowned film orchestras in the United Kingdom, Hungary, Macedonia, Venezuela, Spain, and Moscow. Recognized for its compositional creativity and orchestral zest, Enrique’s music has been nominated for and has won awards at film festivals throughout the United States. Most notably, he was awarded Best Original Score at the Los Angeles CineFest for his score to the animated short “Twilight Prophecy” (2017). His work is frequently praised for its thematic development, dramatic pacing, and its effectiveness in supporting emotionally driven storytelling in film and video game narratives.

Enrique holds a Master of Music degree in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games from the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain, one of the world’s premier institutions for contemporary music and media scoring. His formal training, combined with extensive real-world recording experience, has positioned him as a versatile film and video game composer equally at home in cinematic media and the concert hall. Actively engaged in the concert music scene, Enrique has been invited to premiere original concert works at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA)—one of the most prestigious music education and performance conferences in the United States. He was also invited to present the premiere of his tone poem, “Memory of a Broken Wing,” at the University of Colorado Boulder, further establishing his presence as a composer of serious concert repertoire alongside his work in film, video games, and interactive media. In addition to his original compositions, Enrique’s collaboration spans continents and cultures. He contributed string orchestration for a reimagined recording of “Ekach Ya Janmi Janu,” a beloved classic from Indian cinema, reinterpreted as a global collaboration featuring musicians across multiple continents. This project highlights his ability to apply cinematic orchestral writing to culturally significant music, reinforcing his role as an international orchestral composer for film and games.

All music production is handled in-house through Black Portal Audio Productions, allowing Enrique full creative control over composition, orchestration, mockups, recording preparation, and final delivery. This integrated workflow ensures a cohesive musical vision from concept to final mix, whether scoring for film, video games, educational media, or the concert stage.

Enrique has collaborated with a wide range of studios, developers, and organizations, including SquareEnix, Materia Collective, PBS Digital Studios, the Sing Me A Story Foundation, Xigma Games, Learn 21, Player Experience, Rachun Digital Productions, Tower Productions, Muvimon Studio, Bored Film Studios, and JonGon Productions.
